Our mobile truck is equipped with a pressure washer, water tank, generator, and everything else we need. Please note that our truck is too large to fit in most parking garages, so we'll need an open area in the parking lot to work if you live in an apartment complex.

2. Can you detail my car at my workplace? Yes, we can usually provide our detailing services at your workplace. However, this is subject to your location and the type of service you require. For example, if you work in the Medical Center, finding open space might be challenging. Additionally, some business parks may have restrictions on outside detailers. Please contact us, and we'll do our best to work with you.

3. Do I have to be present during the entire detailing process? No, you don't have to be present for the entire detailing process. We can accommodate your preferences, and you can be there when we get started and then when we're finishing the detail, or not be there at all. We'll work with you to ensure the process goes smoothly. Most customers leave us the keys, and we get started on our own, and you can arrive later or pay using one of our many forms of payment

4. Is it necessary to schedule an appointment for mobile detailing services? Yes, it is usually necessary to schedule an appointment for our mobile detailing services. We operate by appointment only, and although we may occasionally have availability on the same or the next day, it is not guaranteed. Our workload varies from week to week, and traffic can make it challenging to travel across town on short notice. We recommend scheduling an appointment as far in advance as possible.

A basic in and out service can take around 45 minutes , while a full detail can take up to two hours or more. Our team will be able to give you a more accurate estimate based on your specific needs.

6. What’s included in a full-detail service? Our full detail service includes a thorough cleaning of both the interior and exterior of your vehicle. This includes a hand wash and dry, a detail of the rims, and application of a protective coat and shine to your tires and polishing for the exterior. For the interior, we offer vacuuming, a full steam clean/shampoo seats and carpets leather conditioning, and more. We can also customize our services based on your specific needs.

7. Can you remove scratches and swirl marks from my car? Yes, we offer paint correction services to remove scratches, swirl marks, and other imperfections from your vehicle’s paint. This service involves a careful process of machine polishing to restore the smoothness and shine of your car’s paint. We use high-quality products and techniques to ensure the best results possible.

We generally recommend getting a full detail service every six months to a year, depending on how often you use your car and your driving habits.
